Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients efficiently, we have the following policy in place:
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 25% of service cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 25% of service price and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
